S596: 4.5 Billion Years Retold in 2 Hours: A Condensed History of the Earth in Splash Spring 2012 (Apr. 01, 2012)
The little planet we call home wasn't always so peaceful - in it's 4.6 billion years, the earth has experienced 1000 foot tides, a complete freeze-over, a total meltdown and an epic collision with a Mars-sized planetoid! This course will explore all of the extreme events that have taken place since the accretion of the Earth and a few that may occur in its future.


A239: Look Up! A Course on the Architecture of Boston College in Splash Fall 2011 (Nov. 13, 2011)
In this course, the campus will be our classroom. After a quick power point crash-course on American architecture, we'll take a walk around BC and learn some of the finer points of the architecture on campus. Come prepared to be engaged and make sure you check the weather forecast! We'll go outside rain or shine.
