S1477: Experimental Techniques in Biology in Splash Spring 2016 (Apr. 03, 2016)
This course will cover basic techniques including DNA fingerprinting, SDS PAGE and Western Blotting. If students are interested, I would be happy to cover specific experiments such as Meselsohn-Stahl, Okazaki, mRNA processing, etc. The class will be largely discussion-based; students are encouraged to ask questions and provide information beforehand about specific areas of interest.
