Have you ever read a Japanese comic book and wondered what those little symbols in the background meant? Have you ever wanted to learn them? This course will provide a basic introduction to the Japanese alphabet and explain the pronunciations and meanings of sound effects commonly used in Japanese comic books, or manga.
