R1654: Get Psyched! - Positive Psychology in Splash Spring 2017 (Apr. 02, 2017)
What is positive psych? It's developing hope, resilience, strengths, coping strategies, gratitude, and wellbeing. We'll talk about ways to cope with stress when life gets too hectic, how to turn strengths into skills, and how your resilience can be your greatest asset.


R1655: Suicide Prevention in Splash Spring 2017 (Apr. 02, 2017)
This class is designed to teach you how to conduct a suicide assessment, how to talk to others about suicide, and what resources are available. This is not a group therapy session, nor will any students be asked about their personal mental health. Death is a serious subject and it is important for students to learn about the warning signs/what they can do to help, but please be cautious signing up for this course if you feel it will be triggering for you.
