Where do we come from? Who and what are we? Where are we going? In many ways, philosophy attempts to find answers to these questions. Yet, these are not just another set of regular questions. They are important--indeed essential questions to human living. This will be an introduction to the most important task of philosophy--knowledge of ourselves. Other topics will be covered, specifically how we can attempt to know what is really true and good in our pursuit of these questions.
