Brief Biographical Sketch:

I'm a sophomore from Raleigh, North Carolina, though I grew up overseas because of my father's job. I've loved reading and writing since I was young, and my passion for literature has grown stronger through the years. Along the way, I acquired a love for the French language as well.
Two of my greatest aspirations are to become a teacher and a writer. My high school teachers were wonderful influences in my life, and it would be a great honor for me to work with high school students in the same way. I hope to help teenagers foster a love for the written word and all it can offer them—with all their energy and ardor, young people have some become some of the greatest appreciators of the arts.
