Let's get ready for summer by making our favorite treat - ice cream! If you love ice cream and are interested in learning how to make it, this class is for you. Just think- you'll never again have to go all the way to the grocery store or wait until the ice cream truck arrives on your block. After learning some basic chemistry principles on our "experimental" treat, we'll mix some milk, sugar, and ice, and then sit back, relax, and enjoy our ice cream! Basic toppings will be provided.
