Brief Biographical Sketch:

I'm in my second year at Boston College studying Computer Science. I work on campus as a web development assistant for the Instructional Design and eTeaching Services department. This summer I worked as a software engineering intern at LevelUp, a mobile payment startup in Boston. I've also worked at iD Tech Camps as a tech instructor teaching robotics and programming to middle school and high school students over the summer.

M1197: Introduction to Programming with Python in Splash Fall 2014 (Nov. 16, 2014)
This is a crash course in programming with the Python programming language. If you've ever wanted to learn how to write your own Python scripts and explore the world of Computer Science this is the course for you! We will use the Python Imaging Library to guide our examples and make our own image filters, like converting pictures to greyscale!
