Brief Biographical Sketch:
I'm a BC sophomore studying computer science with a minor in physics. On campus I am a teaching assistant for CS2, a member of the BC Computer Science Society E-Board and sing in the Chorale. Additionally I hold a private pilot's license with an instrument rating and have over 120 hours in the air. Intro to aviation is a great start for someone who is curious about how planes fly, or are interested in pursuing a pilot's license. Some of the topics we will cover include the basic physics behind aerodynamics, airplane systems, air traffic control and the National Airspace System, and aviation weather.
